Tactical Coaching Masterclass: Back-of-house coaching

In this Tactical Coaching Masterclass, we spoke to Jing Chang, a Contracts Manager at VicRoads. Jing spoke of the challenges in aligning team goals and plans to her teams diverse roles, letting go of control and focus on coaching rather than directing, and, using team huddles to encourage mutual learning and calibration.
We covered how applying ACDC to back-of-house teams involves adopting a fluid approach and building confidence as a leader, and has provides valuable learnings for self-coaching and self-assessment.
