Auscontact National Excellence Awards 2024

GRIST and Auscontact Association are thrilled to announce the nominations for the 2024 Auscontact Excellence Awards are officially open!
The Excellence Awards celebrate contact centre organisations and employees, recognising them for their transformational contributions to the growth of the industry. 
GRIST will be assessing two awards: the Service Excellence Award and the Top 10 Sales Excellence Award. Both awards are judged at an organisation level and are designed to objectively measure the quality of your consultants’ conversations, based on customer best practice.

The Service Excellence Award and Sales Excellence Award are designed for your contact centre to objectively measure the quality of conversations through the analysis of micro-behaviours (that are or aren’t there).

As in 2023, the 2024 awards are open to members and non-members.
