Is Gen Z a needy generation?

While Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw suggests that younger workers need more frequent praise, experts argue that customized approaches, supportive environments, and human-centric leadership are more important than generational distinctions.
GRIST MD, Peter Grist, however, doesn’t believe that Gen Z need any more attention than any other generation.

“With the omnipresence of social media, they're used to instant likes and comments,” says Peter Grist. “This creates an environment where opportunities to provide positive feedback are abundant, and failing to offer it may be conspicuous.”
